  • Represented over 30 estates in estate-related matters in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania involving the disposition of real property and other assets, negotiating the sale of solely-owned businesses and fractional ownership interests,  resolving various estate planning issues,  loan negotiations and restructurings with decedents' lenders, and disputes over the disposition of estate assets (including negotiations with decedent's relatives related to personal property and other bequests) .
